Sound Healing Therapy

Service Description

A Sound Healing or Sound Bath is a healing sound immersion and a meditation journey with the intent of healing through sound that a person or group of people can experience by listening to various instruments being played by certified Sound Healing Therapy practitioners. The instruments chosen for Sound Baths have vibrational and tonal qualities such as but not limited to: the gong, hand pan, Native American Flute, chime and singing bowl. These vibrational and tonal qualities produced by the instruments help to shift and align the energy in the person or people receiving the Sound Bath. The vibrations and tonal qualities create chemical changes in the brain, allowing the body to fully relax and go into the deeper state of Alpha waves. In this relaxed state, healing can take place on an energetic level. The out-of-vibration-areas in the body are once again aligned through the various sounds, vibrational and tonal qualities. Some people can experience strong emotions as the sounds help the body release energies that are no longer useful to their evolution. The positive energy and healing intent of the Sound Bath permeates both the practitioners and the people in attendance, and can have a lasting effect for hours afterwards. We work with 432Hz, a Solfaggio frequency, in our Sound Baths, which is aligned with the heart chakra. Listening to a 432Hz frequency leads the client to greater levels of mental and emotional clarity and is associated with a higher level of spiritual development.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you may reschedule it to another date with no loss of payment if you cancel more than 24-hours before your scheduled appointment.
